Investing in the leaders of tomorrow at GRACE-TOYACE YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
Our mission at GRACE-TOYACE YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM is to empower and support the youth in our community to become leaders and make a positive impact on the world around them. We provide a variety of programmes and resources to help young people develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in life.
At GRACE-TOYACE YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM, we offer a wide range of programs to meet the needs and interests of young people in our community. From hands-on training in ICT f including computer and radio communication, apprenticeship customer service and leadership development, we have something for everyone.
Our team is made up of caring and dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping youth and young adults succeed. We are committed to providing the highest quality services and support to our youth and their families, and we work tirelessly to ensure that every young person who comes through our doors has the opportunity to thrive.
We are in the life transformation service ministry. Impacting lives of the future leaders of their communities and nations is our greatest joy, so we have not given up on our commitment to accomlishing this in over 35 years, in spite of the numerous challenges. It's not about us. It's about the many marginaled youths and young adults. We succeed when they succeed. And we know without a shred of doubt that this delights our Lord as well.
He gave the vision to his servant Bestway Zottor in 1983 when he started his graduate program in University of Guelph, after obtaining his double honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Ottawa. The vision eventually got launched in Ottawa Canada and Volta Region in Ghana in 1988.
This year's Akosombo Dam spillage has caused the second most serious flooding damage to communities downstream the river, since the 1962/63 flooding, submerging many townships and displacing at least 30 000 victims. Their needs are enormous and the Ghana government and local groups have been unable to cope with emergency reliefs.
Our catchment areas fall within the Lower Volta Basin. We are therefore appealing to all to help support our emergency fundraising through GOFUNDME. As the problem of rebuilding their lives will persist long after the flood waters have receded, our goal is to raise $1000 000.00 Canadian to help the victims rebuild their homes and livelihoods for the long term.
Real flooding scenes are shown via the link below.

Let's pull together to transform the lives of our future leaders. Just CAD$100 will give a youngster computer and desktop publishing training for 3 months and get her/him ready for the desktop publishing or secretarial services, and get them started on independent living with improved self-esteem.
Giving rural youth and young adults the same computer and desktop publishing employable skills as their city counterparts. Help us equip our centre with more computers and application licences to be able to train more applicants.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and fund our mission.
We love our customers, so feel free to give us a call. We are currently focusing on our projects with the marginalized youth and young adults in Ghana, headquartered in Sogakofe, capital of the South Tongu District in the Volta Region.
